This is why, in this section, we tell you a bit more about who we are, how we came to be doing this job, how we do it, and why we think we’d be the best for your job.

Who we are

Fur & Feathers Wildlife Control started with a knack for handling wildlife. We discovered that not only were we good at removing nuisance wild animals from people’s homes but that we also understood the delicate intricacies of the job involved. It’s not just about lugging the wild animal out by its tail, but rather a complex process of preventive, removal, and restorative practices.

One of the main reasons we decided we wanted to handle nuisance wildlife removal was our passion for uncovering more humane wildlife removal methods.

Why humane wildlife removal?

At the end of the day, nuisance wildlife on your property isn’t there to actively harm or annoy you. It is simply looking for food, water, and shelter, the same as the rest of us. And we don’t think that warrants execution, do you?

Inhumane wildlife removal (such as the use of snap traps, glue traps, or poisons) is not only highly cruel but also inefficient. We’ve seen numerous cases of a poisoned animal crawling into the wall (from where it’s difficult to get out) or chewing off limbs to escape a trap, thus causing you even more grief.

This is why we opt for humane wildlife removal practices. Through the use of exclusion devices and live traps, we manage to safely remove wild animals from human properties, without causing the animal itself any harm. Instead, we prefer to focus on taking preventive action, in order to ensure against future infestations.
